Minced beef 1/2 Kg
Tomatoes 2
Onion 1 medium size
Oil 3 tbs
Black pepper 6 whole
Cloves 6
Bari illaichi 1
Dhuniya powder 1tsp
Haldi powder 1/4tsp
Red Chili powder 3/4tsp
Yogurt 2tbs
Ginger 1/2tsp paste
Garlic 1/4tsp paste
Salt To Taste
Preparation
Finely chop the onion and saute in oil until light brown. Add all the spices including yogurt and finely chopped tomatoes. Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried. Add mince meat mix and dry the water again. Then add 2 glasses of water, cover and leave to tenderize and water dries. Garnish with fresh green dhuniya leaves, green chilies and ginger slices.
