Mutton Dampukht

| Minced beef | 1 kg Cut into 1 1½ inch pieces |
| Yogurt | 400 grm, whipped |
| Onion | 2-3 medium, sliced |
| Ginger | 1 tsp ground |
| Garlic | 1 tsp, ground |
| Turmeric | ½ tsp |
| Saffron | 1 tsp, roasted and crushed |
| Butter | 100 ml |
| Salt | To Taste |

| Mix all ingredients with meat except ghee and marinate for 3-4 hours. Heat oil in a saucepan, add the marinated mutton. Cook on a low heat till meat is tender and the oil separates from meat. |
