Baked Spicy Meat
Minced beef 1 kg
ginger 2 table spoon (Paste)
Garlic 1 table spoon (Paste)
Green chilies Two
Red chilies 1 table spoon
Lime Juice 2 Lime
Garam masala 1 table spoon ( power )
salt To Taste
Cooking oil Half Cup
Preparation
Mix all the above ingredients with oil and lime juice. Apply the paste to the meat piece and set aside for four five hours. Then bake in a preheated oven on a medium heat in a covered vessel till meat is tender and water dries up. Slice it and serve with naan.
