Baked Spicy Meat

| Minced beef | 1 kg |
| ginger | 2 table spoon (Paste) |
| Garlic | 1 table spoon (Paste) |
| Green chilies | Two |
| Red chilies | 1 table spoon |
| Lime Juice | 2 Lime |
| Garam masala | 1 table spoon ( power ) |
| salt | To Taste |
| Cooking oil | Half Cup |
Preparation

| Mix all the above ingredients with oil and lime juice. Apply the paste to the meat piece and set aside for four five hours. Then bake in a preheated oven on a medium heat in a covered vessel till meat is tender and water dries up. Slice it and serve with naan. |
