Beef Roast
Beef 2 kg (one whole piece)
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Ginger 6 tbsp (crushed)
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Juice 4 lemons
Oil 4 Tbl Spoon
Salt To Taste
Preparation
Trim all fat from beef and rinse it thoroughly. Add vinegar, ginger, black pepper, lemon juice and salt and mix well. Prick with a fork from all sides and set side for two hours. Put in a large pan, cover with water and let it cook cook for 3-4 hours, on medium heat. When water begins to dry, pouroil on it and stir a little, cook until beef is tender.
