Beef Roast

| Beef | 2 kg (one whole piece) |
| Vinegar | 4 tbsp |
| Ginger | 6 tbsp (crushed) |
| Black pepper | 1 tbsp |
| Juice | 4 lemons |
| Oil | 4 Tbl Spoon |
| Salt | To Taste |
Preparation

Trim all fat from beef and rinse it thoroughly. Add vinegar, ginger, black pepper, lemon juice and salt and mix well. Prick with a fork from all sides and set side for two hours. Put in a large pan, cover with water and let it cook cook for 3-4 hours, on medium heat. When water begins to dry, pouroil on it and stir a little, cook until beef is tender. |
