Beef 1/2 Kg ( in Cubes )
Unripe papaya 2 Table Spoon
Ginger 1/2 Table spoon paste
Garlic 1/2 Table spoon paste
Yogurt 2 Table spoon
Salt As Need
Chili 1 Table Spoon
Preparation
Mix together all the spices and yogurt and papaya and coat the beef cubes with it. Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours preferably overnight. Then barbeque over charcoal.
Now, put the entire mixture in the crackpot, and allow to simmer for 68 hours on high or 8 10 hours on low, until meat is tender.When done, sprinkle the garam masala over the meat, and stir in, then simmer for about 5 minutes longer. If there is too much liquid, simmer uncovered for 510 minutes until sauce is thicker.
