Turmeric 1/2 Tea Spoon
Ginger 1 Table spoon paste
Garlic 1 Table spoon paste
Garam Masala 1 Teaspoon

Water 1/2 Cup
Vegetable Oil 8 Table Spoon
Preparation
Less oil and garam masala, Mix all other ingredients and cool this mixture till the water dries there after, add oil and gram masala in the mixture and fry till the color of the beef becomes dark brown and crispy now the Dish is Ready to Eat.
