Lasagna
Beef 1 packet lasagna
Fresh parsley 1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
Cilantro 1 can tomato paste (small)
Onion 1/2 cup tomato sauce
Cumin 1 medium onion diced finely
Paprika 1tblsp worstershire sauce
salt and pepper As Need
Crushed garlic 1/2 tsp
Beef 2lbs minced
Cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded
Mozarella cheese 1/2 cup shredded
Sauce
Milk 1 Cup
Cheddar cheese 2tblsp
Butter 2 tblsp
Cornflour 2tblsp dissolved in water
Egg 1
Salt To Taste
Preparation
Bring 5quarts of water to rapid boil.1 tblsp of oil tp prevent lasagna from sticked.Add 9 pieces of lasgna one at a time.cook until nearly tender about 12-15 mins.Drain imediately in cold water.arrange lasagna pieces flat in a single layer on clean ,dry towels to dry until ready to use. In saucepan,add a little oil and fry the onions until transparent add the mushrooms and fry a little then add mince and garlic worcestershire sauce and salt and peppercook until meat is tender.then add tomato paste and ketchup.

SAUCE: inanother saucepan take 1 cup milk and the butter and cheese and cook stirrring all the while.once it is ready add the cornflour diss. in water and make the sauce thick let cool and then add an egg.

ASSEMBLY:In a rectangular dish set three pieces of lasagna lengthwise next side by side, then spread the prepared meat and pour the some prepared cheese sauce over it sprinkle some cheddar cheeseover it and then spread another 3 layer of lasagna 3 pieces side by side and repeat the sameprocedure with meat ,sauce and cheese ,then repeat in final layer and top with mozerrella cheese sprinkle some oregano and parmesan . put in a preheated oven at about 350degrees for 35 mins. or until the cheese melts and browns a little
