Golden Fried Chicken
Chicken Boneless 1/2 kg chopped
Onions 3 medium fried golden
Tomatoes 6 medium Pureed
Green chillies 5 finely chopped
Coriander 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Ginger & garlic 2 tsp paste
Turmeric 1/4 tsp powder
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cooking Oil 6 tbsp
Salt To taste
Preparation
Heat ghee or oil in a saucepan and fry chicken until brown. Add salt, chilli powder, green chillies and ginger 1 garlic paste. Keep stirring until golden brown and the chicken is cooked. Remove the chicken and keep it aside. In the same oil add tomato puree, chilli powder, salt, turmeric and coriander powder and cook till the tomatoes are well cooked and the oil separates from the gravy. Now add onions and chicken. Add coriander and mint leaves. Stir well.
Serve garnished with coriander and mint leaves with naan or parathas.
