Honey Chicken

| Chicken breast | 4 |
| Roasted potatoes | 1 cup (potatoes sliced in wedges) |
| Garlic | 2 cloves |
| Butter | 1 tbsp |
| Lemon juice | 2 tbsp |
| Pepper | 1 tbsp |
| Flour | 2 tbsp |
| Honey | 2 tbsp |
| Ground pepper | ½ tsp Fresh |
| Rosemary | ½ tsp |
| Nutmeg | A pinch |
| Dijon mustard | 1 tbsp |
| Oil | 1 tbsp |
| Salt | To taste |

| Sauce:- Cream ¼ cup, mustard 1 tbsp, and parsley, salt. Beat the cream adds all seasoning and parsley and serve with grilled potatoes and red onion. Roasted potatoes: In a greased baking dish, combine potatoes, garlic crushed, oil, rosemary, salt, pepper, bake in pre-heated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until potatoes become crusty. Preparation:- Marinate the chicken with ail, lemon juice, pepper, flour, salt, nutmeg. Now heat the butter or oil in frying pan add chicken when fries dish out. Serve with sauce. |
