Honey Chicken
Chicken breast 4
Roasted potatoes 1 cup (potatoes sliced in wedges)
Garlic 2 cloves
Butter 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Pepper 1 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Ground pepper ½ tsp Fresh
Rosemary ½ tsp
Nutmeg A pinch
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt To taste
Preparation
Sauce:- Cream ¼ cup, mustard 1 tbsp, and parsley, salt. Beat the cream adds all seasoning and parsley and serve with grilled potatoes and red onion. Roasted potatoes: In a greased baking dish, combine potatoes, garlic crushed, oil, rosemary, salt, pepper, bake in pre-heated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until potatoes become crusty.

Preparation:- Marinate the chicken with ail, lemon juice, pepper, flour, salt, nutmeg. Now heat the butter or oil in frying pan add chicken when fries dish out. Serve with sauce.
