Chinese Pickle
Cabbage, shredded 2 kg
Chinese salt 5 gms
Sugar 15 gms
Salt 25 gms
Spring onion, chopped 50 gms
Onion, minced 50 gms
Vinegar 75 gms
Garlic, minced 100 gms
Chilli sauce 300 gms
Apple, sliced 400 gms
Preparation
  • Sprinkle salt on cabbage and keep aside for 30 minutes.

  • Wash well. Mix apple, garlic, spring onion, minced onion, chilli sauce and vinegar.

  • Keep for a day and season after two days with salt, sugar and Chinese salt
