Greek Salad

| Head of lettuce | 2 |
| Black olives | 16 stoned |
| Feta cheese crumbled | 225 g |
| Tomatoes | 3 quartered |
| Cucumber | 1½, diced |
| Oregano dried | 1 tbsp |
| Dressing | |
| Olive oil | 150 ml |
| Vinegar | 3 tbsp |
| Garlic clove | 1 finely chopped |
| Sugar | ½ - 1 tsp |
| Slat | To Taste |
| Black pepper | To Taste |
Preparation

Wash and dry the lettuce. Tear the leaves into bite size pieces. Place the lettuce in a salad bowl and arrange the remaining ingredients on top of it.
