Green Bean Salad
Green beans 250 g
Cucumber 250 g
Tomatoes 225 g
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Onion 1 medium, diced
Paprika 1 Large Pinch
Garlic 1 Pinch
Oil 4 tbsp
Parsley for garnish Few sprigs
Slat To Taste
Black pepper To Taste
Preparation
Trim the beans and cook them in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain and cool. Slice the cucumbers and tomatoes. Mix remaining ingredients together for dressing. Layer cucumber and tomato slices in a glass serving dish or in 4 individual dishes and top with the beans. Pour dressing over salad and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
