Russian Salad

| Cabbage | 1 medium chopped fine |
| Carrots | 3 boiled and chopped fine |
| Potatoes | 3 medium, boiled and cubed |
| Green Peas | 1 cup, shelled and boiled |
| Apples | 3 chopped |
| Pineapple bits | 1 small can |
| Cucumbers | 2 unpeeled, deseeded and sliced |
| Raisins | ½ cup, soak in hot water and roast |
| Sugar | ½ tbsp |
| White pepper | 1 tsp, powdered |
| Mayonnaise | 1 jar |
| Fresh cream | 1 cup |
Preparation

Combine all fruit and vegetables in a large bowl. Beat the cream and mayonnaise together with white pepper, salt and sugar and add to the salad, mix well. Sprinkle the raisins before saving. Served chilled. |
