Fish Qourma
Fish 1 Kg
Red chili 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 Tbsp paste
Garlic 1 Tbsp paste
Green chillies 6 only
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tbsp Powder
Lemon 3 only
Green coriander 1 bunch
Oil 1 Cup
Salt To Taste
   
   
Preparation
Buy the clean and washed packet fish of super fresh. Marinate it with vinegar and salt for 10-15 minutes. Wash. In a pan heat oil and fry all the ingredients in it. In a frying pan heat oil and golden brown fish in it. Add these fish in it. Add these fish pieces in masala pan. Mix well. Season with green chillies, coriander and lemon juice. Now add 1 ½ cup of water and cook on low flame until fish is tender and oil floats on top. Garnish with coriander.
Serve with chapatti or naans.
