Fish Tikka
Fish 45 gms boneless
Ginger 3 small pieces
Green cardamoms 6
Curd 3 or 4 tsp
Garlic 15 flakes
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
Mace 1 small piece
Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
Orange colour 1/2 tsp
Salt To Taste
Preparation
Wash the fish without bones then dry with cloth cut into medium size pieces grind garlic and ginger finely mix all the ground ingredients, color, salt and red chili powder into yogurt rub on the fish pieces and keep for one hour stick on iron rod. then put on medium fire of charcoal grill turn them frequently or grill until nicely browned.
